Well, that really depends on what you want to order! Any product listed in our shop is considered ready to ship so just pop it in the basket and follow the prompts. For the items listed as semi-bespoke - this includes envelope addressing, place cards etc. - check the product information. These have all been set up for sale through the usual checkout process (with all your options and information gathered along the way) however stock levels may be limited to stop us being overbooked. If something doesn't look right or you have any concerns please get in touch here. Anything considered bespoke - i.e. a product not listed in our shop - is handled personally via email. We are unable to provide any exact information on timescales or pricing without an outline of your project, so do get in touch and we can guide you through the process.

No. We use lots of sources for moodboarding sessions, and if you've seen something you love, by all means bring it to the table to help us understand what you're looking for. But that work belongs to someone else and under no circumstances will we "recreate" it for you. Please do not ask us to straight up copy designs because the answer will always be no!

Yes and no. All items sold through the online shop are intended to be sold within the parameters set out in the product listing. This doesn't mean it can't be changed further, but we do ask that you get in touch to discuss the options. Alterations may incur additional charges (which we will always set out in advance) and therefore cannot be dropped in as a request on an order.

The internet is a wonderful place. It allows us to share our ideas and products with a much wider audience in a way that wasn't possible for individual makers not that long ago. It does however open us up for all kinds of comparison. At Seven Dials Studio we do not believe in producing cheap, substandard products to save a few pennies. Our materials are chosen based on quality before price, and it is the same with any outsourced processes such as printing. When pricing products we also take into account our own time and the years worth of knowledge and training that goes into the design process. We endevour to be as transparent as possible with all of our pricing. We started this for love, not to make our millions, but please understand that we have costs to cover and bills to pay ourselves!
