Trading Terms

These terms and conditions apply to all orders for the purchase of goods from www.sevendialsstudio.co.uk. By placing an order you agree to these terms and conditions. This does not affect your rights as a statutory consumer.

All prices are as stated on the website, although we reserve the right at any time to revise the price of goods at any time. All quotes for bespoke products are valid for 30 days from receipt. All prices are in UK Pounds Sterling.

All designs and business assets, including but not limited to logos, graphics, photographs and products are subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights held by Seven Dials Studio. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or display any part of this site or products without prior written permission.

Your design and/or finished artwork may also be used for marketing/sample purposes. No personal details will be published. If you do not wish for your artwork to be shared please let us know.

Cancellations & Refunds

Due to their nature, Bespoke and Semi Bespoke products cannot be returned, and are exempt from the EU Distance Selling Directive regulations. In the event of an order being cancelled by the client, Seven Dials Studio will not refund any money once design work has commenced.

If you have any issues regarding missing or damaged items please contact us immediately so we can seek to resolve the issue.

To return a ready made product please contact us within 14 days of the order ship date. Refunds will be processed once the product is received, in the original condition and packaging.

Payment & Deposits

For all orders placed directly through the online store full payment is taken upfront and orders will not ship until payment has cleared. For bespoke orders confirmed through email you will receive full details of payment schedule, but please be advised as standard a 50% deposit is taken as order confirmation prior to design work commencing. The remaining balance is to be paid in full after final proof approval and orders will not be printed/shipped until it is received.

Drafts & Proofs

Drafts and digital proofs are provided throughout the design process of some of our products. See below, or the product description. for further information. It is the client's responsibility to check all wording, layout and spelling. Seven Dials Studio will not be held responsible for any spelling mistakes. If errors are discovered after the final proof approval, the client will be charged the hourly rate for the time spent reworking the design. Any extra rounds of proofing will also be charged at the hourly rate.

Bespoke Wedding Suites: 1 draft and three proofs (including final print proof)

House Wedding Suites: 2 proofs (including final print proof)

Fully Bespoke Artworks: 1 draft and two/three proofs (third proof is for printed products only and is a final print sign off)

Draft vs Proof - Draft versions of designs are still very much working files and as such are provided to give an overall idea of layout, colour scheme and general design direction - they are not perfect and a further refined and tidied proof will be provided for final sign off.

Once any revision have been completed, the client will be provided with a final digital proof - this is the finished design as it will be printed/created by hand. We simply ask for a final check over and approval before we proceed further- no alterations can be made after this point without incurring extra charges. The file we send for print is the file that has been approved by the client, and therefore Seven Dials Studio takes no responsibility for errors noticed subsequently, and no refund/reprint will be offered.

Print, Colour & Variations

Colour varies across different screens and printers. As such, we cannot guarantee that the exact colour of item(s) will be as seen on screen. There is likely to be variation between print runs too, so please endeavour to order all items in one go!

The same applies to ink colour across calligraphy elements depending on the batch size.

Please note: there is an industry standard of 3mm variance in print.

With all calligraphy and hand-drawn elements, please remember that these are produced by hands and not computers, so minor irregularities and inconsistencies may occur.

The above are not considered faults, and by placing your order you are accepting the possibility of their occurrence.

Timelines

Each project is subject to entirely different timelines based on your specific requirements, the project itself and the scheduling available. A general rule of thumb is the earlier you contact us, the more likely it is we will be able to complete your order! We will always provide a more accurate timeline once we receive details of your project, but average bespoke turnaround tends to be 4-12 weeks depending on what you’re ordering.

Once your order and the general timeline is confirmed you will be provided with exact details on what you can expect from us, and what we require from you for work to be completed.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure your order is processed and dispatched as quickly as possible please note schedules are always subject to circumstances beyond our control. We will always keep you up to date on the progress of your order.

Errors, Discrepancies & Missing Deliveries

Please check your order immediately upon receipt.

Any damaged, incorrect or missing items must be highlighted within five days.

It is your responsibility at every stage to check information provided to Seven Dials Studio is correct, and that all wording, layout and colours on proofs are exactly as they should be, and that you are ordering the correct number of items. We will not be held responsible for errors arising from client omissions or mistakes, and the cost of any replacement items is the responsibility of the client and may be subject to re-set up fees.
